Window & Décor Production Manager (Luxury Retail)

About the role

Chanel is seeking a passionate Window & Décor Production Manager to translate global creative concepts into locally executed boutique windows and installations. Reporting to the Swiss Markets Head of Visual Merchandising, you will oversee the end‑to‑end production of eight main collections per year across 14 boutiques in five countries.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt global window guidelines to each boutique’s architecture while preserving brand identity.
• Develop high‑quality window renderings and detailed production plans.
• Manage relationships with local vendors, visual merchandising teams and external service providers.
• Own and control campaign budgets, negotiate with suppliers and ensure cost‑effective delivery.
• Conduct site visits to supervise installations, assess feasibility and guarantee compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Lead sustainability initiatives, including material sourcing, recycling and up‑cycling in line with Chanel’s circularity commitments.
• Continuously evaluate production processes and supplier performance to improve efficiency and creative impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, window design or luxury retail production.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on budget ownership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across multiple internal departments and external partners.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to craftsmanship and quality.
• Passion for sustainability and circular design practices.
