Zoho One Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Zoho One Developer to join our partner’s remote team in Switzerland. The role focuses on delivering business process automation and digital transformation solutions using the Zoho One suite.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize Zoho One applications to meet business and operational requirements.
• Support integrations between Zoho One products and third‑party or internal systems.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to improve business visibility.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support for Zoho applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and best practices.
• Participate in user training sessions to promote effective adoption of Zoho solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on implementation projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Contribute ideas and technical solutions that enhance system functionality and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented professional with experience in the Zoho One ecosystem.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
