Bilingual AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual AI Trainer to help improve conversational AI models in both French and English. The role is fully remote and can be performed on a full‑time or part‑time basis, allowing you to select projects and set your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in written conversations with AI chatbots in French and English to assess their linguistic performance.
• Create novel dialogue scenarios that teach the models appropriate responses.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, logical consistency, and alignment with brand voice.
• Provide detailed feedback and editing tasks to guide model refinement.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and French with an expert‑level understanding of linguistics.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent command of grammar and style.
• Ability to work independently and meet quality standards.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in written French and English.
