DevOps Engineer – Identity Access Management

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer focused on Identity Access Management (IAM), you will design, deploy and maintain IAM platforms across cloud and hybrid environments. You will work closely with security, infrastructure and development teams to ensure secure, compliant access for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and operate IAM solutions in cloud and on‑premise settings.
• Automate integration, deployment and identity/access management processes using DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure and development teams to enforce access compliance.
• Define and implement security, audit and access‑management policies.
• Monitor, diagnose and resolve IAM‑related incidents.
• Stay current with IAM and DevOps technology trends.

Required profile

• Higher education in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant DevOps engineering experience with deep knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in software craftsmanship, programming and API design (Python, Java, Go, Bash or similar).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or Amazon Web Services and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Ability to debug across application and infrastructure layers.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and platform components.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Swiss residency or willingness to relocate.
