Finance & Operations Officer – Switzerland & Biologics

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Finance & Operations Officer to support the CFO of Substipharm Biologics in Plan‑les‑Ouates. The role spans international Biologics finance (≈70‑80% of time) and the new Swiss commercial entity (≈20‑30%), acting as the bridge between the French headquarters and the Swiss operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor product performance, margins, volumes and inventory dynamics across the Biologics portfolio.
• Support the CFO with cash monitoring, payment follow‑up, accounts payable/receivable tracking and customer collections.
• Perform multi‑country bank reconciliations (Switzerland, Thailand, Vietnam) and inter‑company flow tracking.
• Prepare month‑end and year‑end closings in coordination with local fiduciaries and accounting firms.
• Run ad‑hoc financial analyses, internal reviews and reporting materials for management decisions.
• Own operational execution of complex commercial agreements, translating contractual terms into recurring tasks such as re‑invoicing, FX adjustments and performance tracking.
• Coordinate between supply chain, finance and business development to ensure smooth contract delivery.
• Contribute to set‑up of new flows linked to international expansion (Europe, US) and manage inter‑company flows across Group entities.
• Manage external service providers (fiduciaries, accounting firms, consultants) across geographies.
• Act as privileged contact between Substipharm Group HQ in France and the new Swiss entity, handling administrative documents, order processing and manual invoicing during the early phase.

Required profile

• Hands‑on finance professional with experience in controlling, finance operations and contract execution.
• Proven ability to work in a multi‑country, multi‑entity environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent coordination skills to act as a central point between finance, supply chain and business development.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
