Hospitality Clients Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Hospitality Clients Manager to act as the Maison’s ambassador, working cross‑functionally with the Cabinotiers, Hospitality, Retail and Markets teams. Based at our Manufacture in Plan‑les‑Ouates, you will report to the Head of International Clients & Hospitality and play a key part in local, regional and international events.

Key responsibilities

• Host high‑value clients at the Manufacture, delivering tailored experiences that include meetings with artisans, briefings by the Hospitality Watchmaker and promotion of special timepieces.
• Collaborate with Markets to align hospitality plans, boost demand and integrate hospitality into the client journey.
• Advise Markets, filter hospitality requests and work with the Retail and CRM teams to leverage client data.
• Prepare and coordinate client visits, manage special‑order agreements and oversee reservation, invoicing and piece transfer.
• Monitor hospitality‑generated sales, produce bi‑annual recaps and support sales targets for the Manufacture Salon‑Boutique.
• Assist the Europe Client Relationship Manager with salon‑boutique client hosting, inventory management and after‑sales service.
• Develop and continuously improve the hospitality platform, including workshop tours, new formats and dedicated tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or client management, preferably within the watchmaking or high‑end goods sector.
• Strong commercial orientation with a track record of generating high‑value sales.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, able to work with artisans, sales, retail and marketing teams.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
