Procurement Category Manager

About the role

Richemont is seeking a Procurement Category Manager to lead corporate services categories across its global operations. Reporting to the Category Director Corporate & Operations, you will develop and implement global category strategies, support central functions, Maisons and regional procurement teams, and drive value creation through effective sourcing and supplier management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, define and roll‑out comprehensive global category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead execution of category plans across Maisons and regions, partnering with stakeholders to ensure adoption.
• Manage complex tenders, negotiations and contract administration for global and central agreements.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence and maintain a deep understanding of the global supplier landscape.
• Design and run strategic Supplier Relationship Management programs, including regular business reviews with key suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs and support central sourcing initiatives.
• Monitor category performance, track KPIs and ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a structured procurement environment.
• Strong category management expertise, preferably within corporate services such as security or facilities management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute global category strategies and drive cost reduction.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
