Social Media & Brand Growth Associate

About the role

Naturetec is looking for a motivated Social Media & Brand Growth Associate to help shape its premium wellness brand on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. The position is part‑time/working‑student based in Zurich or Zug and offers the chance to contribute to a fast‑growing startup at an early stage.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging visual and written content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Manage daily social media calendars, schedule posts and monitor community interaction.
• Develop campaign concepts, storytelling ideas and community‑building initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to ensure brand consistency and premium positioning.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics, trends and storytelling.
• Passion for wellness, longevity, functional mushrooms or related lifestyle topics.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership in a startup environment.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and producing short‑form video.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and community management.
