S&OP Manager Europe

About the role

Columbia Sportswear is seeking an S&OP Manager to own and evolve the Sales & Operations Planning function across Europe. Based at the EMEA headquarters in Geneva, you will work at the intersection of sales, finance, supply chain and distribution, delivering monthly insights that shape senior leadership decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Run the monthly S&OP cycle end‑to‑end for all European omnichannel revenue streams.
• Lead channel preparation meetings, collect inputs and debate assumptions.
• Consolidate the corporate forecast, perform scenario analysis and present to senior leadership.
• Update systems after sign‑off and report to global US teams.
• Own inventory and KPI reporting, track deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate shipment forecasts to Distribution Centers for workforce planning.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses for Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Diagnose current process pain points and drive improvements to tools and templates.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing S&OP processes at a regional or European level.
• Strong understanding of sales, finance, supply chain and distribution interactions.
• Ability to present data‑driven insights to senior leadership and global teams.
• Experience with inventory management and KPI monitoring.
