Strategic Communications & Execution Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Communications & Execution Lead to organise and energise the flow of information for Roche Diagnostics in Zug. You will create a single source of truth for a global audience, turning complex data into clear, engaging narratives while supporting project governance and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain a holistic map of meeting structures, reporting cycles and governance rituals.
• Define project infrastructure, including stakeholder lists and high‑level roadmaps, to ensure scalability.
• Establish logical flows for internal and external knowledge management.
• Own “Living Assets” such as G‑Site, Playbooks and FAQs, conducting quarterly reviews.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of the monthly newsletter, from content sourcing to distribution.
• Drive bi‑weekly and monthly reporting enablement for leadership status updates.
• Align narratives between core Q2C projects and bridging solutions.

Required profile

• University degree in Communications, Business Administration, Information Management or equivalent.
• 3–4 years experience in a global project, PMO or corporate communications environment.
• Proven expertise in information architecture and document governance.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into simple, engaging narratives.
• Fluent English (C1) with excellent copy‑writing skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G‑Suite.
• Experience using Confluence.
• Familiarity with a Video Portal CMS.
