AI-Driven Graphic Designer – Digital Content & E-commerce

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong digital mindset to create and optimise visual content for our e‑commerce and digital channels. Based at our Lugano headquarters, you will blend creative intuition with cutting‑edge AI tools to deliver premium, brand‑consistent designs across websites, mobile apps, newsletters, social media and digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital assets for websites, mobile interfaces, e‑commerce platforms, landing pages, newsletters, social media and advertising.
• Create layouts and UI components in Figma, building prototypes and design systems.
• Develop user‑focused experiences with attention to UX, responsive design, grids, hierarchy, usability and conversion.
• Produce graphic assets for performance marketing, CRM and newsletter channels.
• Support newsletter design, production, testing and scheduling.
• Collaborate with marketing, e‑commerce, merchandising, product, frontend and content teams to ensure visual consistency.
• Use generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway) for ideation, mood‑boarding and workflow acceleration.
• Prepare creative briefs, demos and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Creative, digitally fluent and curious professional.
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of brand consistency and premium execution.
• Comfortable working across e‑commerce, marketing, product and development teams.
