Client Services Project Manager Europe-CIS

About the role

The Client Services Project Manager Europe-CIS will act as the primary regional liaison between boutiques, Richemont service platforms and the Maison’s International Client Services teams. Reporting to the Retail Excellence Director, the role blends project management, service culture advocacy and operational coordination to drive client‑first initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the regional client services project agenda, adapting the international roadmap to local priorities and ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Lead the development and rollout of new service tools, journeys and campaigns that enhance client satisfaction.
• Coordinate boutique openings and network evolutions, embedding service standards and culture within teams.
• Serve as the regional services referent, providing expert guidance on complex situations and ensuring continuity with Richemont platforms and repair workshops.
• Activate service culture initiatives, fostering a client‑first mindset beyond mere process compliance.

Required profile

• Solid retail and business acumen with a strong service orientation.
• Proven experience in project management, delivering projects on time and to high standards.
• Initiative, ownership and commitment in daily responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and training abilities.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
