Commercial Senior Manager, Customer Discount Agreement (CDA)

About the role

The Commercial Senior Manager, Customer Discount Agreement (CDA) leads the optimisation, governance and performance of PepsiCo’s CDA framework across Europe and EMEA. You will own the regional CDA agenda, ensuring that trade terms, customer investments and commercial spend are transparent, compliant and deliver maximum ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the European CDA framework to enhance spend effectiveness, ROI and compliance.
• Lead rollout and transformation projects, supporting markets with process implementation, change management, training and system integration.
• Establish a harmonised CDA governance model, defining roles, approval processes, KPI frameworks and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, RGM, Supply Chain, IT and Commercial Operations to embed standardised ways of working.
• Develop a standardized Western European pricing model to reduce complexity and support long‑term strategy.
• Quantify and track financial impact of CDA initiatives, driving data‑driven spend allocation decisions.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in commercial governance, trade spend optimisation or similar functions within a multinational consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across sales, finance and operations.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects and driving organisational change.
