Legal Project Manager

About the role

Flex Suisse is seeking a Legal Project Manager to lead a cross‑functional initiative focused on reviewing and updating records‑management processes for a leading financial services client. The role will operate at the intersection of Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations, ensuring governance standards meet regulatory expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional project to assess and improve records‑management processes across Legal & Compliance.
• Coordinate stakeholders from Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations and related business functions.
• Identify process gaps and support the implementation of updated governance and documentation standards.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, reporting and steering‑committee coordination.
• Support regulatory, audit and compliance requirements linked to records management.

Required profile

• Law degree or a recognised compliance qualification.
• Proven experience managing legal, compliance, governance or regulatory projects.
• Strong understanding of records‑management, legal governance or compliance frameworks.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
