Senior Project Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to lead the planning, implementation and commissioning of advanced process and infrastructure facilities. You will work on state‑of‑the‑art ventilation systems for cleanroom environments, ensuring the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end project planning, from concept to commissioning.
• Design and precise layout of ventilation systems, respecting strict cleanroom class requirements.
• Create technical specifications and perform simulations/calculations for airflows, temperature and humidity control.
• Manage regulatory compliance, including GMP standards.
• Identify and integrate innovative technologies to improve energy efficiency and plant performance.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering, building/utility engineering or a comparable field.
• Solid professional experience in planning or executing complex ventilation projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of technical regulations and experience in a GMP environment.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English communication skills.
• Analytical problem‑solver with a proactive “doer” mentality and strong communication abilities.
