Senior User Experience Designer (Gaming)

About the role

Logitech G is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to join its Gaming Design Team in Lausanne. Reporting to the Head of UX, you will work in a hybrid setting and collaborate with global multidisciplinary teams to create user‑centered experiences for both hardware and software products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end UX design lifecycle for gaming gear and creator tools.
• Develop world‑class user experiences using user‑centered design processes.
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to integrate user insights.
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product development process.
• Present concepts and prototypes to cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
• Produce designs and prototypes with tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.

Required profile

• Experience in Design, Human Factors, HCI/HRI, Interaction Design or related UX roles focused on product interactions.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating an end‑to‑end design process and forward‑thinking solutions.
• Proficiency in user‑centered design methods within multidisciplinary product development.
• Leadership ability and influence in cross‑functional environments.
• Curious, insightful, collaborative and creative mindset.
