Store Assistant Manager (70–90% FTE)

About the role

Join ALEMI’s Zurich boutique as a Store Assistant Manager, working 70‑90% of a full‑time schedule. You will be the bridge between customers and the brand, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while driving sales and supporting the store’s fast‑paced operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver active sales and personal styling advice, mastering the story and craft of each handbag.
• Take ownership of visual merchandising to express the brand’s aesthetic.
• Manage inventory and in‑store fulfillment, ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Co‑lead the store team alongside the Store Manager, supporting daily operations.
• Assist customers with simple repairs and alterations.
• Participate in events, product launches, and special activations.

Required profile

• Experience in retail or fashion, ideally with first leadership responsibilities.
• Genuine enthusiasm for customer contact and the ability to remember faces.
• Polished appearance and a professional, natural demeanor.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability on Saturdays and occasional evenings until 8 pm.
