Store Design & Visual Merchandising Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative Store Design & Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the development of global store concepts for our luxury watch brand. Based in Nyon, Switzerland, you will work within the Global Marketing department and report to the Brand Scenography Director.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement global store design concepts that reflect the Maison’s brand identity and marketing strategy.
• Design and oversee retail environments, including boutiques, pop‑ups, shop‑in‑shops, exhibitions, and temporary activations.
• Ensure immersive and consistent brand experiences across all retail formats worldwide.
• Define global visual merchandising (VM) guidelines, translate marketing campaigns into in‑store activations, and support local adaptations.
• Monitor luxury retail, architecture, and design trends; propose innovative concepts and new materials or technologies.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and project management for store design and VM roll‑outs across all regions.
• Collaborate closely with regional retail teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail design, visual merchandising, or related fields.
• Strong creative vision with the ability to translate brand values into physical environments.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global markets.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
