Store Manager – Retail Leadership

About the role

As the Store Manager for Zara Home in Zurich, you will act as the entrepreneur of the point of sale, driving commercial results while delivering a premium customer experience. You will lead a team, ensure visual excellence and uphold Zara Home and Inditex standards across all store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, meet commercial targets and analyse KPIs to implement corrective actions.
• Manage stock, merchandise flow and ensure product presentation aligns with commercial performance.
• Implement and maintain Zara Home visual‑merchandising standards, lead collection installations and train staff on VM fundamentals.
• Recruit, train, motivate and develop a high‑performing team, organise schedules and foster an inclusive work environment.
• Deliver a premium customer experience on the shop floor, handle complaints professionally and promote customer loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards and local regulations; oversee store cleanliness, organization and loss‑prevention measures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
• Strong product sensitivity and aesthetic awareness in the home‑decor sector.
• Natural leadership with the ability to engage and unite teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and a solid business mindset.
• High level of autonomy, reactivity and ability to manage priorities.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Flexible availability for weekends and peak periods.
