Supply Chain Engineer

About the role

As a member of the Central Supply Chain Team at Vacheron Constantin, you will drive the optimisation of supply‑chain operations across the organisation. You will work closely with Finance, Development, Commercial and Production Planning to create and execute effective supply plans that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse demand, inventory, logistics and supplier performance using data modelling to support decision‑making.
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities to improve supply‑chain performance.
• Optimise inventory levels through best‑practice stock management.
• Lead process‑analysis initiatives and implement improvement projects.
• Support system enhancements and implementations, including ERP, reporting tools and automation.
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Production and Retail teams to ensure seamless product availability.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Analytics.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply‑chain manufacturing with a global perspective.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on turning data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Positive attitude, growth mindset and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Experience using advanced analytics platforms including Anaplan, Power BI, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Looker.
