AWS DevOps Engineer – Banking Domain

About the role

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to join its banking‑focused team in Geneva. You will design, implement and maintain cloud‑native solutions on AWS, ensuring high availability, security and performance for critical financial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines on GitLab/GitHub for end‑to‑end deployment of micro‑services.
• Create and maintain Terraform modules for multiple AWS services (EC2, Load Balancer, Lambda, S3, EBS).
• Develop automation scripts in Python and Shell to streamline cloud operations.
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate them on EKS/Kubernetes, writing YAML manifests and Dockerfiles.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting with CloudWatch and on‑prem tools.
• Ensure security compliance through IAM role design, VM hardening and network controls.
• Collaborate with solution architects, IAM specialists and business analysts to translate requirements into robust cloud architectures.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in AWS and DevOps engineering.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, networking, databases and identity‑access management.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week and communicate fluently in French and English.
