About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead enterprise sales in the payments and financial infrastructure space. This remote‑first position focuses on generating new business and expanding strategic accounts across Switzerland and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing with senior decision‑makers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, networking and strategic partnerships.
- Develop consultative, tailored sales strategies that showcase the value of a unified payments and financial operations platform.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery and feedback.
- Contribute to sales playbook refinement, Ideal Customer Profile definition and market insight gathering.
- Accurately forecast performance and manage CRM reporting.
- Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and payment innovations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in enterprise or strategic B2B sales, preferably within fintech, payments, SaaS or complex technology environments.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles involving multiple senior stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Highly proactive, self‑driven and comfortable in fast‑paced, ambiguous, remote settings.
- Commercial acumen to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Curiosity, resilience and a continuous learning mindset.
