DevOps Engineer (IAM Platform Specialist)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Engineer to lead the design, deployment and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms across cloud and hybrid environments. The role combines deep container orchestration expertise with strong software development practices to ensure secure, automated, and reliable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain IAM solutions in public cloud (Azure, AWS) and on‑premise hybrid settings.
• Automate integration, deployment and access‑management workflows using modern DevOps toolchains.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure and development teams to enforce compliance and security policies.
• Define and implement security, audit and access‑management standards.
• Monitor, diagnose and resolve IAM‑related incidents and performance issues.
• Stay current with emerging IAM and DevOps technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Significant experience in DevOps engineering with deep knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in software craftsmanship, API design and programming (Python, Java, Go, Bash or equivalent).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or Amazon Web Services and infrastructure‑as‑code configuration.
• Ability to debug across application and infrastructure layers.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and platform components.
• Team‑oriented, autonomous, rigorous and comfortable working in an agile environment.
