Graphic Designer Consultant for MSME Branding

About the role

The International Trade Centre (ITC) is seeking a Graphic Designer Consultant to create branding and promotional assets for 12‑15 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Sierra Leone. Working remotely, you will support the "Empowering youth through digital technologies" project by delivering professional visual identities that enhance market positioning across offline and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in introductory meetings with assigned MSMEs and the Branding Support Consultant.
• Review and analyse each MSME’s branding brief to understand products, target markets and objectives.
• Coordinate regularly with the project team to ensure consistency and alignment.
• Design complete branding packages, including logos, mini‑branding guidelines, business cards and digital assets.
• Prepare final editable and production‑ready files and submit a summary report.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design and brand development.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration with international teams.

Required skills

• Graphic design for branding (logo creation, visual guidelines, business card design).
