About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our Boardriders showroom in Bienne. You will be the main point of contact for retailers, driving sales of our action‑sports and lifestyle brands and ensuring the showroom meets its revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales targets, including pre‑books and invoicing.
- Organise and plan seasonal sales campaigns.
- Identify prospective customers, generate leads and convert them.
- Follow up sales leads for pre‑season orders or re‑orders.
- Negotiate budgets and store space to maximise brand visibility.
- Understand customer needs and present product ranges according to brand strategy.
- Visit clients to assess needs, provide product training and ensure best‑in‑class merchandising.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to fulfil in‑season needs.
- Analyse sell‑through data, implement proactive markdowns and reorder activation.
- Share monthly sell‑out reports at division and category level.
- Answer customer questions about products, prices and availability.
- Forecast product demand and drive excess‑stock selling at season end.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning the showroom before and after season.
- Sell samples and propose product substitutions when needed.
- Collaborate with trade‑marketing teams to activate operations.
- Provide feedback on ranges to brand coordinators.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update Salesforce daily.
Required profile
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer‑focused and proactive approach.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Willingness to travel to client locations for visits and trainings.
Required skills
- Salesforce (daily account updates and forecasting).
