Senior Account Manager External Asset Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to serve external asset managers (EAM) for a private banking client in Zurich. The role involves managing and expanding an EAM client portfolio while ensuring high‑quality service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage, expand and maintain an EAM client portfolio.
• Support EAM clients in developing customized investment solutions in collaboration with advisory, research, risk management and IT teams.
• Review and monitor client orders, credit lines and investment maturities.
• Oversee administrative matters, retrocessions and commissions.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, MiFID and other legal requirements.

Required profile

• HF, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking & Finance; AZEK, CFA or CWMA certification preferred.
• Solid experience serving EAM clients with a proven track record of building new relationships.
• Sales‑oriented mindset, entrepreneurial thinking and strong interpersonal skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of investment products across all asset classes and of cross‑border compliance.
