Software Engineer – Delta Platform

About the role

Delta builds the core software that powers BLP’s autonomous business‑process platform. The team focuses on modelling logic with formal reasoning, ensuring correctness by construction, and delivering a robust technical foundation for the company’s SaaS product.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and operate the cloud infrastructure that supports security, observability and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain a large backend codebase, addressing performance, concurrency and distributed‑system challenges.
• Integrate state‑of‑the‑art AI/ML techniques into production software to solve complex business problems.
• Extend the product platform to enable customers to automate arbitrary processes at scale.

Required profile

• Strong background in mathematics (e.g., PhD/MSc, Olympiad achievements) and formal, structured reasoning.
• Experience in startups or building production‑grade systems, with an emphasis on correctness and maintainability.
• Deep understanding of functional programming paradigms and type‑system trade‑offs.
