Store Manager – Retail Fashion

About the role

As the Store Manager for Bershka in Geneva, you will act as the entrepreneur of the point of sale, driving sales, leading a team and delivering a vibrant customer experience that reflects the Bershka and Inditex brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance and implement action plans.
• Optimise stock management, product rotation and ensure trend‑aligned offering.
• Implement Bershka visual‑merchandising guidelines and create an attractive store environment.
• Train and support teams on visual‑merchandising standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop a dynamic team; recruit and onboard new staff.
• Organise schedules to maximise productivity and foster a results‑driven culture.
• Deliver an engaging, fun and trend‑driven customer experience on the shop floor.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and build loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, store standards and loss‑prevention measures.
• Oversee inventories and collaborate with the Area Manager and support functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail, preferably fashion.
• Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of youth‑oriented trends.
• Natural leadership with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Analytical mindset with a business‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and respond quickly.
• Good command of French and English; German is a plus.
• Flexible availability for weekends and peak periods.
