Systems Engineer – Remote Access (Senior/Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Systems Engineer to design, implement, and operate our Remote Access solutions, including Client VPN and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA). The role can be filled at junior or senior level and offers the chance to work on a global platform that secures connectivity for thousands of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and integrate OEM software into our Open Systems SASE platform supporting on‑premises, public cloud, and Kubernetes‑based environments.
• Develop deployment automation, configuration management, tooling, and monitoring for secure remote access services.
• Collaborate with vendors to enhance functionality, performance, and reliability of the software stack.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and educational materials for customers.
• Participate in a three‑month rotation at our Network Operations Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.
