Web & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Genedata is looking for a Web & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage website content, support SEO optimisation and turn digital performance data into clear reports. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance user experience and drive marketing campaigns in a fast‑moving life‑science environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own website content updates and organisation within the CMS.
• Create dashboards and actionable reports from performance data.
• Strengthen SEO and monitor ongoing website health.
• Support cross‑team campaign coordination from planning through launch.
• Analyse trends and audience behaviour to improve digital presence.

Required profile

• Experience managing website content using a CMS.
• Strong analytics and reporting skills, able to translate data into clear performance reports.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles to improve usability.
• High attention to detail and quality assurance for on‑brand digital content.
• Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing or related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Content Management System (CMS) operation.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Pardot, LinkedIn, Buffer, Hootsuite.
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
• Data visualisation and dashboard creation.
• Basic UX design and quality assurance.
