Area Manager – Swiss Romandie

About the role

KIKO Milano is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead all stores in the Swiss Romandie region. You will be the key driver of store performance, brand experience, and regional growth, reporting directly to headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence across all regional stores, aligning performance with strategic goals.
• Drive sales, profitability and key performance indicators by analysing results and implementing corrective actions.
• Mentor, motivate and coach store managers and their teams, fostering talent development and a culture of commitment.
• Maintain the distinctive KIKO brand experience through visual merchandising, service standards and memorable customer interactions.
• Plan, coordinate and support new store openings and reopenings in collaboration with headquarters and external partners.
• Act as the central communication hub between stores and headquarters, ensuring transparent and inspiring information flow.
• Implement regional trade‑marketing and promotional activities, evaluate their impact and boost store performance.
• Oversee budget planning, cost control and efficient resource utilisation for the region.

Required profile

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, management or retail.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities in dynamic environments.
• Passion for beauty, retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
