About the role

Salvatore Ferragamo, a luxury goods group founded in 1927 with over 4,000 employees and 685 stores, is hiring a full-time Client Advisor for its boutique in Zurich. The role suits a caring, authentic sales associate who puts the client at the centre of every decision and enjoys a hand-crafted, memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create a hand-crafted, emotionally enriched client experience that makes customers feel confident and energized.
• Build long-term, authentic bonds with clients so they feel the experience is truly about them.
• Lead actively on the selling floor, driving individual and team objectives and being accountable for sales results.
• Deliver excellent, specialized customer service and develop loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
• Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and tailoring the experience to each client.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of luxury clients.
• Strong storytelling ability and skill in asking engaging questions.
• Innovative mindset, ready to find new ways to create value for clients.
• German and English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
