Director, Global Biopharma Strategic Partnerships

About the role

Danaher is seeking a Director to lead Global Biopharma Strategic Partnerships. The role focuses on building high‑level collaborations with major BioPharma customers such as Novartis, Novo Nordisk, and Roche (including Genentech). You will drive revenue growth and create incremental opportunities across Danaher Life Sciences' portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong partnerships with assigned BioPharma accounts, articulating Danaher Life Sciences' value proposition.
• Lead C‑suite and senior leadership engagements, including on‑site strategy visits and technical seminars.
• Own and execute account strategies in collaboration with Commercial Marketing, Business Units, Sales, and Distribution partners.
• Manage the sales funnel, track leads, and report progress to leadership.
• Identify and deliver comprehensive solutions that increase top‑line revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic partnership or account management within the biopharma or life‑sciences sector.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior decision‑makers and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
