Enterprise Project Manager

About the role

This position offers the chance to lead complex localization and enterprise delivery projects in a fast‑paced, AI‑driven international environment. You will manage the full lifecycle of multilingual projects, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders while ensuring high quality for enterprise clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise localization and translation projects across multiple service lines and languages.
• Coordinate project workflows, timelines, budgets, and quality assurance processes.
• Serve as primary contact for enterprise clients, maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with linguists, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Anticipate risks, identify delivery issues, and implement proactive solutions.
• Oversee project execution during coverage periods to ensure continuity.
• Resolve escalations, unblock workflows, and make autonomous operational decisions.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across regions and time zones.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in localization project management, enterprise coordination, or similar client‑facing operational roles.
• Strong knowledge of localization workflows, internationalization processes, and translation technologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make decisions autonomously.
