Quant Trader – Crypto Markets

About the role

As a Quant Trader you will operate in the fast‑moving crypto markets, which run 24/7. You will join a dedicated trading team, collaborating closely with research and technology groups to develop, execute and optimise high‑frequency trading strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute trades and manage the daily P&L.
• Maintain and improve algorithmic trading strategies.
• Handle day‑to‑day trading operations and monitor market conditions.
• Identify and act on short‑term market opportunities.
• Collaborate with research and technology teams to enhance trading infrastructure.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Physics, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Econometrics or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in high‑frequency trading or a relevant internship.
• Strong analytical mindset with a competitive, goal‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to make split‑second decisions and thrive under pressure.
• Proactive, self‑starting, honest, flexible and stress‑resistant.

Required skills

• Programming proficiency in Python (or another language).
