About the role
The Solution Consultant works within the Solution Consulting team to provide expertise on private banking and wealth management platforms, helping clients define and implement business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Define proposition and product requirements with FNZ customers and internal stakeholders, acting as a subject‑matter expert on platform functionality.
- Run the Model Wealth Solution configuration process for new platform implementations and capture configuration points in service documents.
- Provide advice on target operating models, business transformation, and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver training programmes, knowledge transfer and support handovers between analysts and developers.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in delivery or consulting within financial services/wealth management.
- Expertise in CRM, KYC, onboarding and client lifecycle management for private banking.
- Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills; fluent in English (French or German a plus).
Required skills
- Oracle database knowledge.
- Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
