Senior Systems Engineer – Remote Access

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to help shape the next generation of Remote Access solutions for our global customers. You will work on cutting‑edge VPN and Zero Trust Network Access technologies, contributing from design through deployment and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and enhance OEM software within our Open Systems SASE platform supporting thousands of deployments.
• Collaborate with vendors to improve functionality, performance, and reliability of remote‑access services.
• Design and build end‑to‑end service capabilities, including deployment automation, configuration management, tooling, and monitoring.
• Create comprehensive operational documentation and educational materials for customers.

Required profile

• Strong passion for networking, automation, and solving complex technical challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to take ownership of services from concept to production.
