Technical Content Writer

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Content Writer to translate complex software engineering and AI concepts into clear, engaging content that resonates with technical decision‑makers. This remote position supports brand positioning, SEO, and lead generation for a partner company based in Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality technical content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, guides, release notes, and thought‑leadership articles.
• Collaborate with engineers, AI specialists, project managers, and leadership to turn technical solutions and client success stories into compelling narratives.
• Support SEO and lead‑generation goals by aligning content with search strategies and the marketing funnel.
• Research emerging technologies (LLMs, generative AI, MLOps, cloud computing, DevOps) and produce forward‑looking thought leadership.
• Maintain editorial calendars, ensure brand consistency, and continuously improve content based on performance data.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience creating technical content for software development, AI/ML, SaaS, or IT services.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and explain them clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Strong writing, research, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Portfolio of published technology‑focused work.
