Transformation Management Lead – ERP Oracle Fusion Program

About the role

At SGS, the world’s leading inspection, testing, verification and certification company, we are embarking on a significant global transformation journey through the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP. We are looking for an exceptional Transformation Management Lead to lead this strategic business transformation program and ensure successful delivery across our global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global ERP Transformation Management Office and drive execution of the Oracle Fusion roadmap.
• Ensure alignment between ERP deployment and the Finance Target Operating Model.
• Coordinate business, IT and external implementation partners across multiple countries.
• Establish governance structures, manage risks, dependencies and escalations.
• Drive global process standardisation, adoption and business‑readiness activities.
• Own delivery of the approved business case, measure benefits and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 15+ years of leadership experience in finance transformation, ERP or large‑scale business transformation programs.
• Proven success leading complex global Oracle Fusion ERP transformations.
• Strong expertise in Finance Target Operating Model design and shared services environments.
• Experience managing multinational stakeholders and multi‑country deployments.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or Information Systems; MBA and PMP/PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.
