AI Trainer & Evaluator (Remote)

About the role

As an AI Trainer & Evaluator you will help shape next‑generation artificial‑intelligence models by providing high‑quality, real‑world input. Working remotely, you will collaborate with the client’s team to assess and improve AI‑generated content across various domains.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and score AI‑generated responses using defined rubrics and metrics across multiple subject areas.
• Annotate and categorize data sets to enhance model accuracy and reliability.
• Review content for relevance, coherence, and factual accuracy with meticulous attention to detail.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to inform ongoing model improvements.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to interpret guidelines and refine evaluation rubrics.
• Document findings and maintain precise records of annotations and evaluations.
• Conduct critical reading and analysis of complex topics such as business, finance, marketing, healthcare, and legal matters.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data annotation and content evaluation.
• Strong critical reading and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Experience evaluating large volumes of content against detailed criteria.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.

Required skills
