Charter Sales & Operations Manager

About the role

DAL Aviation, a business‑aviation operator based in Geneva and Paris, is expanding its fleet and looking for a Charter Sales & Operations Manager. The role bridges client demand with flight production, ensuring seamless charter booking and execution while maintaining regulatory compliance and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Convert incoming charter requests from clients and brokers into confirmed bookings, preparing quotes on Avinode within market‑expected response times.
• Negotiate and secure contracts, manage commercial follow‑up and maintain relationships with brokers and repeat customers.
• Plan and coordinate all operational aspects of each flight, including slot allocation, overflight and landing permits, handling, catering and ground transport.
• Monitor fleet and crew availability, liaise with pilots and address operational contingencies such as weather, AOG or last‑minute changes, offering suitable client solutions.
• Ensure all documentation and regulatory requirements are met for every rotation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business, travel management or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in charter sales, flight operations or business aviation, preferably covering both areas.
• Fluent in French and English; additional language is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Avinode (or comparable charter sales platform).
• Familiarity with Leon or similar operations software.
