Client Experience Project Manager – Europe & CIS

About the role

The Client Experience Project Manager will be based in Geneva and report to the Client Experience Manager Europe‑CIS. The role focuses on coordinating regional initiatives that enhance the client experience across Europe, covering tools, gifting, hospitality and satisfaction metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute client experience initiatives in line with Maison guidelines across Europe.
• Oversee forecasting, stock and budget management, and operational follow‑up of client experience tools and gifting.
• Develop and launch gifting campaigns to elevate client interactions.
• Collaborate with markets, suppliers and internal stakeholders to support implementation of projects.
• Monitor client satisfaction, analyse feedback, KPIs and insights to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects aimed at boosting boutique experience and overall client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven operational experience in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment, preferably within Luxury, Retail or Hospitality.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and juggle priorities.
• Excellent team spirit, collaborative attitude and strong communication skills in both French and English.
