About the role

The role involves leading the technical and administrative management of construction sites, ensuring projects meet quality, margin and schedule targets while coordinating a team of collaborators.

Key responsibilities

Direct, organise and conduct technical and administrative aspects of construction sites.
Prepare and calculate offers, respecting quality standards, margin objectives and planning.
Manage the project team, allocate tasks and supervise daily activities.
Coordinate material and supply logistics.
Produce daily and monthly reports.
Apply safety regulations and participate in site meetings.

Required profile

Formal training as a construction manager or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in managing construction sites.
Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and teamwork.
Autonomous, rigorous and capable of seeing the overall project picture.
Driving licence is mandatory.

Required skills

Proficiency with standard computer programmes (e.g., Microsoft Office).
