About the role

The Construction Site Manager is responsible for the technical, administrative and organizational leadership of construction projects. This position ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical and administrative management of construction sites.
• Prepare and calculate project offers and bids.
• Ensure compliance with quality targets, margin objectives and project schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of collaborators.
• Assign and coordinate tasks among team members.
• Manage materials, supplies and equipment on site.
• Produce daily and monthly progress reports.
• Enforce safety regulations and standards.
• Participate in on‑site meetings and coordination sessions.

Required profile

• Formal training as a construction site manager or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects.
• Strong teamwork orientation, autonomy, rigor and a holistic view of project execution.
• High sense of responsibility, organization and collaborative spirit.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications.
• Valid driver’s licence.
