Consultant – Marketing, Commerce & Product

About the role

Deloitte Digital is looking for a motivated Consultant to help shape Switzerland’s digital transformation. Based in Geneva, you will work on large‑scale projects that redesign how brands interact with customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate team activities within your work stream to meet defined timelines and objectives.
• Develop strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Apply Design Thinking and other user‑centric methods to identify problems, generate ideas, and define strategic concepts.
• Shape the definition and agile development of digital products.
• Support clients in creating innovative end‑to‑end customer experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technology.
• Engage in internal initiatives as an intrapreneur to broaden your professional skill set.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in business/economics, digital/design management, or a STEM discipline.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience delivering experience‑centric digital strategies or solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to articulate business problems and digital solutions to stakeholders.
• Fluent English and French; German is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to work with diverse clients and establish credibility in challenging situations.
• Team player comfortable collaborating with designers, developers, business analysts, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for the value digital solutions bring to users and businesses.
