CRM External Asset Manager – Basel

About the role

Join an international private bank in Basel as a Client Relationship Manager for the External Asset Manager (EAM) segment. You will manage and develop a global portfolio of EAM relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and delivering tailored banking, investment and operational solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing EAM relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Coordinate banking and investment solutions, monitor credit lines and investment maturities.
• Handle day‑to‑day client enquiries, payments, securities transactions and data changes.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely execution and compliance with AML, FATCA and MiFID regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in private banking or financial services, preferably with exposure to external asset managers.
• Strong client‑focused communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in German and English; Swiss work permit eligibility required.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with Avaloq (advantage).
