Demand Generation Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead multi‑channel marketing initiatives that generate qualified B2B leads and support sustainable business growth. Based in Switzerland and working fully remotely, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies for B2B services.
• Manage, optimise and scale acquisition channels such as Google Ads (PPC), LinkedIn Marketing, review platforms and SEO.
• Allocate and monitor marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.
• Partner with sales and internal stakeholders to align initiatives with revenue targets.
• Identify new growth opportunities, test innovative acquisition tactics and continuously improve marketing funnels.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation or growth marketing within service‑based organisations.
• Proven hands‑on expertise managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing campaigns.
• Successful track record scaling multiple digital acquisition channels and delivering qualified leads.
• Experience with review platforms (e.g., Clutch, G2, Trustpilot) and solid understanding of SEO.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing monthly budgets exceeding $10,000.
• Excellent communication, project management and organisational abilities.
