Deputy Store Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a passionate Deputy Store Manager for its boutique in Geneva. Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will help drive sales growth, enhance client loyalty, and support day‑to‑day boutique operations in a high‑end luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and develop actionable sales analyses.
• Create and implement sales strategies to maximise boutique revenue and client retention.
• Lead and develop the boutique team together with the Boutique Manager.
• Assist with all operational aspects, including back‑office tasks and administrative duties.
• Provide regular business updates, sales forecasts and competitor insights.
• Maintain high‑quality customer service and monitor boutique performance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to understand and exceed customer expectations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational and management skills in a fast‑paced setting.
• Commercial creativity, fashion sense and solid knowledge of the luxury industry.
• Fluent in French and English; additional language is a plus.
