Fees Specialist

About the role

The Fees Specialist is part of UBP’s Operations department, responsible for the daily application, collection, and management of fees across client accounts and market counterparties. Working in a fast‑paced, interdisciplinary environment, the role supports the Front Office and collaborates closely with Asset and Wealth Management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create, amend and maintain base fee schedules on a group basis.
• Set up, modify and manage fee exceptions for clients, brokers and internal counterparties.
• Provide daily support to internal stakeholders, including Front Office, Wealth Management leads, Finance and other Operations teams.
• Prepare and manage quarterly fee billing, handling manual billing exceptions and follow‑up tasks.
• Participate in repricing initiatives and support fee‑opportunity projects.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects impacting the Fees team.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of market finance, trading, reconciliation flows and custody processes.
• Swiss residence.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, flexible and able to manage shifting priorities.
• Team‑oriented with a client‑service focus.
