Global Mobility Sales Consultant – Geneva

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Global Mobility Sales Consultant to join our team in Geneva. You will be responsible for promoting and upselling our relocation, move‑management and immigration services to corporate clients, while representing the company at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships within the assigned Geneva area.
• Create and execute action plans to acquire new clients and increase market penetration.
• Network at industry forums, conferences and events to generate sales opportunities.
• Analyse client needs and design tailored, consultative solutions.
• Build long‑term relationships with target accounts.
• Collaborate with internal divisions to ensure operational requirements are understood.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Support marketing activities and contribute to brand visibility.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, new‑business development and account management.
• Experience in relocation services, move management or immigration is essential.
• Presentable, articulate and numerate with strong client‑orientation.
• Self‑starter with a history of achieving targets and driving results.
• Motivated by a challenging environment and potential earnings.
